By Design- a local story is back with the annual August Craft month celebrations. Throughout the month of August, join By Design for their demos in the shop window.

Do you love all things craft? This month the local makers of By Design are showcasing their crafts behind their front store window! Each weekend, a number of your favourite artists will be demonstrating the magic behind their creations. Some of these will be interactive so the more the merrier to try their hand at the craft!

This week we get to see Joan with her potters wheel, ready for anybody who is brave enough to have a go! Brid will also display how she creates her very detailed freestyle embroidery pieces with her sewing machine!
