Castletroy Town Centre Welcomes Garfield

Everyone’s favourite lazy cat stumbled into Castletroy’s Odeon Cinemas this weekend and what a purrrfect day it was! The famed orange feline strolled in to grab some snacks this Saturday for the premier of the latest Garfield Release. Unfortunately The Odeon was fresh out of lasagne but Garfield was more than pleased to get his claws on their delicious popcorn. 

Fans of Garfield took the cinema by storm to enjoy the days festivities, some indulging in the Lazy Cat Collectors combo that Garfield himself had his eyes on. Despite loving regular cat naps, the lovable lazy Garfield couldn’t take his eyes off the big screen as he watched his latest adventure unfold. 

We of course couldn’t let the occasion pass without turning up the heat with a colouring competition and we were graced with dozens of art entries from talented little artists! Lucky winner Harry O’Brien from Monaleen National School received a family ticket pass to the Odeon Cinemas and a super sweet Hamper from SuperValu Castletroy. 

The Grand Premier was pawsitively delightful, kicking the weekend off with a big orange bang! A very spcial thank you to Odeon Cinemas for welcoming Garfield’s latest adventure with us and to SuperValu Castletroy for their wonderful sweets hamper.
