Santa’s ‘Sleigh’ lands in Castletroy Town Centre

T’was the 2nd of December when all through the centre, all the baubles were sparkling, and everyone wore their best Christmas sweater! The halls were decked, and magic was in the air, in hopes that St. Nicholas would soon be there... 

Castletroy Town Centre was jolly and buzzing with excitement for Santa’s arrival this past Saturday. All through the mall, the crowds were hustling and bustling as they awaited Mr. Claus’ great entrance.  

The magic was well and truly in the air as sirens began ringing and Santa’s HO HO HO hollered to the crowds. This year Mr. Clause arrived in style with his secret service elves by his side, escorting him to his Castletroy Grotto. We’re almost positive we spotted the elves using earpieces and hand signals... Secret Service indeed!  

As Santa made his way to his Grotto, Santa hats turned Castletroy Town Centre red with special guests The Rolling Tones caroling through the mall and Live95fm joining us on the day. It wouldn’t have been a true Castletroy extravaganza without the Dance Academy and lucky for us, they stopped by to bring the festive cheer! 

With Christmas in the air and Santa in his royal chair, the holiday season has officially begun with a magical day!
