Castletroy Town Centre is anchored by Supervalu which comprises a total of 43,500 sq ft and has undergone a full refit which has resulted in a contemporary style supermarket with a spacious deli and a food-court.  In addition to Supervalu, our current occupiers include Meadows & Byrne, DV8 Fashion, Lloyds Pharmacy, Starbucks, Nom Treats, Specsavers, Tech Star, Rain, Talking Leaves Bookstore, Mr Duffy’s Candy Shop, Hook & Ladder, Nature’s Hand, By Design, An Post, Shields Dentist, Bliss Beauty, Flanagan’s Barbers, Bella Italia, CoqBull, McDonalds and The Odeon Cinema.

Castletroy is the largest suburban neighbourhood in Munster with a growing population including four primary schools and two secondary schools.  The nearby University of Limerick has approximately 18,000 students and staff.  

Our neighbour, the Plassey Technology Park, accommodates over 80 companies including Troy Studios and Johnson & Johnson - who employ 2,500 people. Also in the park are Avvio, Viagogo, Ethicon, Northern Trust, Gilt and Cook Medical - who employ approximately 1,000 staff.  Other neighbouring businesses and amenities include the well-known Castletroy Golf Club, Travelodge, Kilmurray Lodge and Castletroy Park Hotel.
